West Side IRT – 7th
Avenue Express (#2 or 3) to Fulton Street. Exit on corner
of Fulton and William. Walk 1 block south (downtown) to
John Street. Make left, walking east toward South Street
Seaport. Walk approximately 2 blocks to 111 John Street,
just before Pearl Street. Take elevator to 2nd Floor, Suite
240.
From Midtown, Brooklyn, and Queens
IND – 8th
Avenue train, either the A Express or C Local to Broadway
and Nassau Streets. Exit on Fulton and Nassau, or Fulton
and William Street. Walk one block South (downtown) on either
Nassau or William and make a left onto John Street, toward
The South Street Seaport. Walk 2 blocks to 111 John Street,
just before Pearl Street. Take elevator to 2nd Floor, Suite

–Long
Island Railroad to Penn Station. Access IRT 7th Avenue Express
2 or 3 train at station. Follow directions for West Side

–Metro
North to Grand Central Station. Access the Lexington Avenue
Express 4 or 5 train at station. Follow directions for East
Side IRT given above (approximately 15 minute ride from

PATH train marked World Trade Center to World Trade Center
station. Walk east on Fulton Street toward South Street
Seaport. Make right turn at the corner of William and Fulton

From Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Connecticut, Long Island,
and Queens
Take East River Drive to Brooklyn Bridge exit. Bear right
down the ramp. At traffic light turn left on Pearl Street,
bearing right where road divides. Continue on Pearl Street
for one block to Fulton. Go across Fulton Street and park
car in lot on Pearl Street between Fulton and John. Walk
½ block to John Street, turn right and enter 111
John Street, just before Pearl Street. Take elevator to
2nd Floor, Suite 240.
From Brooklyn
Take The Brooklyn
Bridge. Follow directions for “Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester,
